A Queer Existence

	This blog is a record of my existence, the chronicle of a journey. It all began about two years ago when I realised that my life needed a major correction. Despite a great job and wonderful friends, I was bored and frustrated. London life seemed to offer everything and nothing in equal measure.

Like many gay boys, I grew up with a double life - I learnt to pass for straight when I needed to, and find other gay men when I wanted sex and love. Through the loving affection of my friends, those two lives (straight/gay) have gradually become more integrated. My queer life has become 'normal'.

But this is not what I had dreamed of a boy. When had I decided to become 'normal'? Realising that though my love life was mighty queer, my life wasn't, I have decided to embark on a journey of self discovery. A big gay adventure.

By touring the world, visiting different queer communities and alternatives in queer living I hope to discover a deeper meaning to being queer. I am in short, seeking A Queer Existence.
